The way in depends on what your company gave you. Pick your case — the steps follow.
What you’ll need
📱 Phone with WhatsApp — the usual way
🏢 Work email — if your company uses SSO
🌐 Portal address — if your company is not on app.doodocs.kz
Whichever way you sign in, on the first sign-in the system asks you once to confirm the account with your personal digital signature: enter your IIN and sign the request via eGov mobile or NCALayer. Without it you will not reach the workspace — keep your signature at hand.
Your company gave you neither a work email for signing in nor a separate portal address. You need a phone with WhatsApp and a personal digital signature.
Open app.doodocs.kz. On the “Sign in or register” screen pick your country in the list to the left of the field, enter your number and click “Continue”.

2
Enter the code from WhatsApp
On the “Confirm your phone number” screen, enter the code sent to you in WhatsApp. You can request a new one after a minute.

3
Enter your IIN
This starts the account confirmation: the IIN lets the system check that the signature belongs to you.

4
Sign with your personal digital signature
Scan the QR code in the eGov mobile app (eGov QR section) or click “Sign via NCALayer” on your computer.

5
No phone at hand? Start with the signature
The sign-in screen has a “Sign in with digital signature” link. It skips the number and the code: the signing request opens right away — a QR code for eGov mobile or the “Sign via NCALayer” button. “Back” and “Start over” sit at the bottom.
Install Doodocs People from the App Store or Google Play — QR codes are in the “Mobile app” section.

2
Enter your phone number
On the “Your phone number?” screen enter your number and tap “Get code”. At the bottom of the screen sit “Enter the portal address” and a language switcher: Қазақша, Русский, English.

3
Enter the code from WhatsApp
The code arrives in WhatsApp on the number you entered. You can request a new one after a minute.

4
Choose how to confirm your identity
“Continue with eGov Mobile” signs right inside the eGov app — nothing to download. If a key file (.p12 / .pfx) is already on your phone, expand “I have an EDS key file”.
Two options: eGov Mobile or a key file
5
Enter your IIN
The IIN is checked against your certificate when signing. Tap “Sign with eGov Mobile” — your phone opens the eGov Mobile app itself.
6
Sign in eGov Mobile
In the app that opens, check the sender — Doodocs People — and tap “Sign”.

7
Done
After “Successfully signed” tap “Next” — your workspace opens. Notifications about documents and approvals will arrive right on your phone.

1
Your administrator told you to sign in with a work email like user@company.com. No phone needed — but a digital signature is, on the first sign-in.
Signing in with a corporate email · first sign-in also needs the signature
The link sits on the app.doodocs.kz sign-in screen, below the “Continue” button and the “Sign in with digital signature” link.

2
Enter your work email
On the “Sign in with your corporate account (SSO)” screen enter an address like user@company.com and click “Next”. “Back” returns you to the usual sign-in.

3
Confirm the sign-in in your company's system
From here your company’s own identity system takes over: its own sign-in page, a corporate password, sometimes a second factor. There is no separate Doodocs password.
4
On the first sign-in, enter your IIN
SSO proves you work at the company, not that you are you. That is why the first sign-in asks for an IIN.
Entering the IIN
5
And sign with your personal digital signature
Scan the QR code in eGov mobile or click “Sign via NCALayer”. This is the account confirmation — it is needed on the first sign-in.

6
Done — you are in
The same workspace opens as with the usual sign-in.
On the “Your phone number?” screen, below the “Get code” button, there is a “Sign in with your corporate account (SSO)” line.

2
Enter your work email
Enter the address and tap “Next”. Above the field the app shows which portal it is connecting to — the “Portal: app.doodocs.kz” line. If that is not your address, change it first — the “I have my own portal address” card.

3
Confirm the sign-in in your company's system
Your company’s sign-in page opens — a corporate password, sometimes a second factor.
4
On the first sign-in, confirm the account with your signature
The app asks for an IIN and a signature via eGov Mobile — the same as with the usual sign-in.
5
Done
Once signed, the workspace opens.

Your company runs on a separate address rather than app.doodocs.kz. Your administrator hands out the address.
First connect to the right address, then sign in as usual
Instead of app.doodocs.kz, type the address your administrator gave you. The sign-in screen looks exactly the same.
2
Sign in the way you normally do
From there everything is as usual: by phone number, with a digital signature or with a corporate account — whichever your company set up.
3
On the first sign-in, confirm the account with your signature
Your own portal address changes nothing here: the system asks for the IIN and the personal signature exactly as app.doodocs.kz does.

4
Worth bookmarking the address
Accounts on different addresses are not linked: on app.doodocs.kz your account may simply not exist. If you do not know the address, ask your administrator or HR.
The button sits at the bottom of the sign-in screen, next to the language switcher.
“Enter the portal address” at the bottom of the sign-in screen
2
Enter the address and tap “Connect”
On the “Portal address” screen type the address your company administrator gave you. The app remembers it.

3
Sign in the way you normally do
From there signing in continues as usual — by phone number or via SSO. The current portal is always visible on the SSO screen, in the “Portal:” line.
The “Portal:” line shows which address the app is connected to
4
On the first sign-in, confirm the account with your signature
The IIN and the eGov Mobile signature are needed here too — the portal address does not replace them.

5
If signing in fails, check the address
With the wrong address neither the phone number nor SSO will work: your account does not exist on that portal.

Once signed in, you can change the interface language at any time: click your name in the bottom-left corner → “Language” → Қазақша / Русский / English.
