The Documents section holds all your documents: drafts, sent and completed. It also shows what stage each one is at.

Open Documents → All
A list of all documents with columns: name, category, status, date, legal entity, type. Search by name is at the top; filters and column settings are on the right. “Awaiting signature” is a separate shortcut for documents that need your signature.

Read the statuses
“Draft” — not sent yet; “Pending signature” — waiting to be signed; “Under review” — with the approvers; “Completed” — the route is fully finished; “Recalled” — the initiator recalled the document.

Archive and trash
“Archive” holds completed documents removed from the main list. “Trash” holds deleted drafts. Download a document (a PDF with signature stamps) with the “Download” button on the document page.

Open Profile → Documents
Profile is the third icon in the bottom bar. Every section opens from there: personal file, absences, requests, documents, corporate documents, colleagues, events.

Open a document
The card shows the same things as the desktop: status, field values, the route with a signature counter, and the action history with timestamps.

Done
The PDF can be opened and downloaded straight from the card.

Every document keeps its full history: who created, signed and approved it, with exact timestamps. This is a legally meaningful trail — no printouts needed.
