Open the Inbox
Inbox is the first item in the left menu; the counter shows the number of active tasks. Tasks are grouped by action type: “Sign”, “Document maintenance”, etc. The “History” tab keeps completed tasks.
Inbox: active tasks
2
Open a task and review the document
Click a task — the document opens on the right together with its properties: status, number, type, initiator. Read the document before signing.
A signing task: document and properties
3
Click “Sign”
Scan the QR code in the eGov Mobile app (eGov QR section), or click “Sign with NCA EDS” if your key is installed on the computer.

1
A push notification arrives
When a document is sent to you for signing, acknowledgement or approval, the app sends a push. The first icon in the bottom bar holds your incoming tasks.
2
Open the task and read the document
The card shows who sent it, what is expected from you, and the document itself. Scroll to the end — especially when it is a policy acknowledgement.
3
Sign
Tap “Sign” and pick a method: eGov Mobile, eGov Business or a key file. The eGov app opens on the same phone — no need to go back to a computer.
4
Done
The task leaves your inbox and the document moves to the next person in the route.

For “acknowledgement required” tasks, your signature confirms you have read the document (for example, a company policy). Scroll through the whole document before signing.
The menu and buttons follow your chosen language, but document names stay exactly as your company created them — usually in Russian: “Заявление на аванс”, “Приказ о приёме”. That is expected; type the name as it appears when searching.
